Scratched the back of my throat last night & is bothering me today. What should i do?
In a nutshell i was sick last night and felt nauseous and tried to induce vomiting. Apparently i have a pretty strong gag reflex because i must have scratched the back of my throat during the attempt. I’ve been coughing all morning as if a small feather is stuck at the back of my throat. Water helps for a minute but that’s all. Suggestions? Will it just go away?
Drink cold water.this is the place where the body heels the fastes.Hope that was help full
